If your are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to make an exchange or to issue a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt
- Returns or echanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Custom made, personalized items or specially ordered items are not returnable.
- All sales are final on Helmets, Electrical Items, Painted Parts, Batteries, and Clearance Merchandise.
- An "RMA" number is required for the return or exchange of an item purchased online. Please contact email@example.com to request an RMA number - be sure to include your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
- RMA requests must be made within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacturer's original tags attached.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of original shipment date. Please ship returns promptly after the RMA number is issued.
- For exchanges, please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed and for a new shipment confirmation to be sent. For returns, please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed and for a refund to be reflected on your charge card.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please cancel an order within 3 hours after being placed.
